Catharsis

Description

In the stressful days of our pandemic, there are many emotional issues we may face.  There may be fear, loss, insecurity, distrust, isolation, restriction, and boredom.  All of these will pass.  But they must also pass from our heart and mind.  This blend was created to assist in touching those places of our heart and consciousness where we may lock up pain and hurt.  The most important thing is to let it go. That’s all forgiveness is:  letting go of what is holding us back to move forward into a new future.  This blend was created to activate those centers of consciousness (or unconsciousness) where your emotions are hidden away so that you can wash clean the hidden elements of your experience.
