Have you ever smelled Rosemary in the rain? Its so delightful its almost intoxicating. Its the essence of fresh air from a newly washed garden. However, most Rosemary oils fail to capture that radiant quality, instead being a bit pungent and overpowering. Not this one! It is so like the real thing you’ll want to pick its flowers.
Rosemary meaning “Rose of the Sea” has an energizing effect and can be a tonic during periods of stress or to aid memory and concentration whilst studying (it is often called the ‘herb of remembrance’). It has a similar ‘clearing’ action and scent to Eucalyptus and is a very popular aromatherapy oil for respiratory problems in winter. Rosemary essential oil is also often included in aromatherapy blends for the joints and muscles.

Skin: Rosemary essential oil can be used to stimulate hair growth, improve shine and condition of the hair and promote a healthier scalp. It can also help improve the appearance and color of skin in peripheral areas i.e. hands, arms, legs and feet
Mind: Rosemary helps stimulate the brain and can help with fatigue, lack of direction or concentration and poor memory
Body: Rosemary essential oil has an affinity with the chest and sinus areas and is often used by people who snore. It can also help to soothe aches, pains and stiff muscles
Blends well with: Peppermint, Tea Tree and Lavender
